Each Single Private Suite is approximately 280 square feet & INCLUDES:

• -  Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven & ample cupboard space for dishes, pots & pans
• -  Full bathroom with shower
• -  Captain’s bed
• -  Wardrobe
• -  Desk
• -  Internet connection
• -  Heat, hot-water, electricity

All leases are for 12-months & must be guaranteed by student’s parents.

Two-Bedroom Suites - For those looking for privacy at a lower price. Each student has their own private bedroom and only shares the kitchen & bathroom.

• -  Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven & ample cupboard space for dishes, pots & pans
• -  Full bathroom with bathtub & shower

• -  Heat, hot-water, electricity

Semi-Private Double Suites - For those looking for a little privacy at a budget price. Each student has a partitioned area of the suite and shares the kitchen & bathroom.
